Customer Support Executive
US Shift Time: 8:00 am CST to 5:00 pm CST
Customer service professionals are responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring they have good experience. As a skill set, customer service entails several qualities like active listening, empathy, problem-solving and communication.
Providing great customer service means knowing who your customers are and what they want.
Give your customers several options for getting the service they need so they can reach out in their preferred channel of communication.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience working directly with end customers in a fast-moving and dynamic organization
- Exceptional focus on meeting and exceeding customers’ needs
- Ability to learn fast, adopt new concepts
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time
- Ability to make decisions and solve customer problems by responding to customers based on research from knowledge base articles and prior experiences

How will you help

Manual QA Tester
US Shift Time: 8:00 am CST to 5:00 pm CST
How will you help
- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies for complex software applications.
- Develop and maintain manual test cases
- Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test documentation.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure the quality of the software
after changes are made. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Analyze defects identified in production system to ensure that the proper controls are implemented in the regression test suite to ensure
that the defect does not occur in production again - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and Operational Readiness Testing, either by providing test scenarios and/or coordinating efforts during UAT and ORT and serving as testing SME
- Continuously improve the QA process by implementing best practices, tools, and techniques.
What you need to have
- 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing, front-end testing,
Regression testing, and Agile methodologies. - Data setup
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and
processes. - Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or
similar. - Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
effectively.
