Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Inda

Role: Oversee and manage BPO operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the BPO team, handling recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Establish and optimize operational strategies to meet client needs and internal goals.
  • Build strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Streamline processes, reduce costs, and maintain high service quality and compliance.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and provide continuous coaching to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Proven BPO operations management experience with a focus on leadership and service delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of BPO processes and industry trends.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to drive data-driven decisions and ensure data security and compliance.
