- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Proven BPO operations management experience with a focus on leadership and service delivery.
- In-depth understanding of BPO processes and industry trends.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to drive data-driven decisions and ensure data security and compliance.
